Natural Signs
You can tell when the nights are warmer in the late winter. The frogs will be heard chirping. It's a sign of nature.
Just like signs of nature, you can tell when fuel prices are falling. The Hummers return to the roads.
Walt, I've seen this before when we had the last increase. It could be they got used to the price, but it seems to coincide with a slight dropping of the price. I've only seen two of them so far, and I expect to see the rest of them out there by next week.
Lori, Yes, I checked in and saw that you did as well.

I think it has less with falling fuel prices and more with ...
(A) people getting accustomed to the high prices, and
(B) people unable to sell their "gas guzzlers" because nobody wants to buy them due to high fuel prices.
The Boo, she is back.
