After and Before
August was the month for painting. I painted the chicken coop and I also painted the horse trailer. The trailer looks great (from a distance.) I've learned for next time to only tackle one portion of the trailer at a time and never prep and paint the entire box in one swoop. Better yet I learned that next time I'll buy an aluminum trailer.

That is just one fine looking hen house you got there. I almost expect Foghorn Leghorn to come strolling out the door any moment.
I like the way you think. I've decided to only paint the front of the cottage - where parts are peeling from sun exposure. The rest of the cottage can wait - it looks fine. Good enough for me, anyway.
Darev, you haven't met Blue. He's that bird.
Beth, I'm so glad you kept the cottage. I take it you had no bear or mice problems this year?
